Narava vadbe povzro\u010di znatno kurjenje ma\u0161\u010dob (povi\u0161ana stopnja metabolizma) ter izbolj\u0161anje tonizacije, mo\u010di in vzdr\u017eljivosti celotnega mi\u0161i\u010dnega sistema. Po za\u010detnem ogrevanju sledi trening vseh ve\u010djih mi\u0161i\u010dnih skupin. Vadba se zaklju\u010di z aktivnim raztezanjem ve\u010djih mi\u0161i\u010dnih skupin.<\/p>\n<p>WTS \u00ae je primeren za mo\u0161ke in \u017eenske, mlade in stare, vrhunske \u0161portnike in za\u010detnike, ker:<br \/>\n\u2022 pove\u010duje vzdr\u017eljivost v mo\u010di,<br \/>\n\u2022 pove\u010duje mi\u0161i\u010dno in posledi\u010dno zmanj\u0161uje ma\u0161\u010dobno maso (zvi\u0161anje osnovnega metabolizma oz. presnove),<br \/>\n\u2022 pove\u010duje kostno maso (je odli\u010dna vadba za prepre\u010devanje osteoporoze),<br \/>\n\u2022 je odli\u010dna vadba za prepre\u010devanje bole\u010din v hrbtenici, saj se s to vadbo mo\u010dno okrepijo mi\u0161ice hrbta.<\/p>\n<p>WTS\u00ae je sestavljen iz ve\u010d razli\u010dnih vadbenih programov s prostimi ute\u017emi, ki se razlikujejo glede na uporabljen princip treninga in rezultate, ki jih s posameznim treningom \u017eelimo dose\u010di.<br \/>\nDelimo jih na:<br \/>\n\u2022 WTS\u00ae LIFT 1<br \/>\nLIFT 1 predstavlja osnovno stopnjo na kateri izvajamo predvsem osnovne vaje z lastno te\u017eo in prostimi ute\u017emi. Izbolj\u0161ujemo predvsem vzdr\u017eljivost v mo\u010di, tako, da uporabljamo manj\u0161e te\u017ee in ve\u010dje \u0161tevilo ponovite. Lift 1 program je ves \u010das enak.<br \/>\n\u2022 WTS\u00ae LIFT 2<br \/>\nLIFT 2 je nadaljevalna stopnja, kjer uporabljamo podobne principe treninga, dodajamo nove vaje in variacije, ter trening periodi\u010dno menjamo na 8 \u2013 12 tednov.<br \/>\n\u2022 WTS\u00ae CROSS<br \/>\nCROSS program predstavlja trening za \u0161e hitrej\u0161e oblikovanje telesa, hipertrofijo \u2013 ob pravilni prehrani pride pri mo\u0161kih do pove\u010danja mi\u0161i\u010dne mase, pri \u017eenskah pa do \u0161e bolj\u0161ega tonusa, oblike mi\u0161ic, zmanj\u0161anja % telesne ma\u0161\u010dobe, trening periodi\u010dno menjamo na 8 \u2013 12 tednov.
